A Private Leadership + Wellness Container for Black Women

This is a private, monthly container designed for Black women who carry leadership, responsibility, and decision-making weight—and need clarity, stability, and space to be held without performance.

This offering is intentionally small, discreet, and boundaried. It is not public-facing and is shared by private invitation or conversation only.

What This Container Is

This container supports:

  • Nervous system regulation under sustained leadership pressure

  • Clear perception during transition, expansion, or high responsibility

  • Energetic and emotional stabilization without over-processing

  • Decision-making from clarity rather than urgency or depletion

My role is not to fix, motivate, or manage. It is to hold a steady field of perception and regulation so you are not carrying everything alone.

What This Container Is Not

To be clear, this container is not:

  • Therapy

  • Crisis or emergency support

  • Coaching or performance optimization

  • A space for constant emotional processing

This work is for women who are already functioning and capable, and who want stability, clarity, and containment rather than more advice.

Container Structure

  • Monthly private leadership + wellness container

  • Combination of 1:1 support and a very small confidential group component

  • Clear boundaries, confidentiality, and discretion

  • Designed to support sustained leadership, not dependency

This container is intentionally limited to three participants to preserve depth, presence, and energetic integrity.

Investment

$3,000 per month

This reflects the depth of support, level of access, and intentional containment of the work.

Next Step

This container is offered by conversation only.

If you feel a sense of resonance or recognition reading this, you may request a private conversation to explore alignment.

Request a Conversation

(If this does not resonate, that clarity is respected as well.)

This is not an offer to the public. It is a protected space for Black women who carry leadership and want to remain whole while doing so.
